For players

Is Padelution free for players?

Yes. Your account, signing up for events and americanos, booking courts and following your rating and results are all free. PLUS, the player subscription, adds detailed statistics, predictions and event reminders from €4.08 a month.

Do I need to download an app?

No. Everything works in your phone's browser, and you can add Padelution to your home screen. There's also an iPhone and Android app for running americanos.

How does the Padelution Rating work?

Everyone starts at 1,500. Your results in rated league matches, tournaments, OpenMix games and americanos move it, and it shows as provisional until you have played 5 rated matches. It is one rating that follows you to every club on Padelution.

Does every match count towards my rating?

Most do. Walkovers and retirements don't, and an organiser can switch ratings off for a class. Private events and americanos with guests who have no account aren't rated either.

Can I sign up without a partner?

Yes, when the organiser opens a class to solo signups. Sign up on your own and the organiser pairs you with another player before the draw.

Can I cancel my signup?

Yes, from the event page while signups are open and before you're in the draw. Anything you paid online is refunded in full automatically. After that, the page gives you the organiser's contact details.

Can we split the cost of a court?

Yes. Each player pays their own share in the app, by card or from their wallet at clubs that offer one. If a share is still unpaid after the club's deadline, the player who booked is responsible for it.

For clubs and organisers

What does Padelution cost a club?

Your club page and the Free plan cost nothing. Paid plans start at €23.90 a month excluding VAT, with a 30-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime. Online payments carry a 2% platform fee plus Stripe's own fee.

When does a club get paid?

Court bookings and entry fees are paid out after the booking or the event ends. League and membership fees are paid out within a day of payment. All of it goes to the club's own Stripe account, minus the platform fee, Stripe's fee and any federation share.

Who issues the receipts?

Your club does. Every online payment e-mails the player a receipt in your club's name, with your business ID and VAT number, not Padelution's.

Can we move over from our current system?

Yes. Import your customers and members from an Excel file, and bring event rosters in the same way. For results or anything else, email us and we will look at what can be imported: info@padelution.com

Can we use Padelution only for americanos?

Yes. Plenty of clubs start with a weekly americano and add tournaments, leagues or bookings later. Each part works on its own.

Can a federation or a chain have its own page?

Yes, we set it up with you. Email us to start: info@padelution.com

Which languages does Padelution speak?

English, Finnish, Swedish and Estonian. Each player uses the app in their own language.

How do we get help?
