Frequently asked questions.
Whose stats can I see?
Any player’s. Open a player’s profile and the Stats tab shows their form, results, partners, rivals and medals. Compare puts up to four players side by side.
Can other players see my stats?
Some of them. Players with PLUS can open your Stats tab, but they see fewer stats than you see on your own profile. Players without PLUS see it locked. Only rated matches from public events and leagues count, so matches from private events are left out.
How are predictions calculated?
From Padelution ratings. A match prediction gives each pair’s chance of winning, based on the players’ current ratings. Tournament odds play the rest of the draw out 10,000 times from the results so far. A team’s chance of reaching a round is the share of those runs in which it gets there.
Are fan votes anonymous?
Yes, always. Nobody can see who voted for whom, including the players in the match. Only the totals are shown, and only you can see your own pick.
Do I need PLUS to vote?
No. Any signed-in player can pick a winner until the result is in, except the players in that match. With PLUS you see the vote split and Padelution’s prediction as soon as you’ve voted. Everyone sees them once the result is in.
What happens to my stats if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Your matches, results and rating stay on your profile for free. Your Stats tab locks when PLUS ends and opens again, fully up to date, when you subscribe again. Your saved event reminders stop sending, and you can still reply in conversations you already have.
Do I need PLUS to play?
No. You don’t need PLUS to sign up for events, play matches or follow your own rating and results. PLUS adds the statistics, predictions and tools on this page.
Do I need PLUS to create a page?
No. Venue, sports organisation, community, coach and personal pages are all free to create. A page’s features come with its own plan, not with PLUS, which is a subscription for players.
Is PLUS personal?
Yes. PLUS belongs to your own Padelution account and works for you everywhere in Padelution. It does not cover other players’ accounts.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing tab in your profile. PLUS stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you can resume it before then. If a payment has failed, cancelling ends it right away.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from the Billing tab. Switching to yearly charges the year today, minus a credit for the unused part of your month. Switching to monthly starts when your paid year ends, and nothing is charged until then.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Debit and credit cards, paid through Stripe. You can use the card already saved on your account or add a new one, and change your default card in the Billing tab.
Do the prices include VAT?
Yes, wherever VAT applies: the price you see is the price you pay. Your first invoice comes by e-mail, and every invoice is in the Billing tab of your profile.
